Bill in congress to charge 10% tax on handguns..

   In the states and around the country, bills are being introduced to raise taxes on firearms and ammunitions.

   One at the Congressional level would levy another 10% tax on handguns sold, to be spent on spreading more gun safety.

   Last week we heard about the one in California to charge a 5 cent tax on each bullet.
