Calaveras Sheriff forcing PTSD testing?

Supervisor Cliff Edson announced at the last Calaveras Board of Supervisors meeting (after deep prayer), that he had met with the Sheriff's Office and plans are being made to make changes to their arrest of veterans.

Edson stated that the Sheriff's Office apparently plans to force veterans who are arrested to undergo a test for PTSD in order to get them into treatment.  Apparently there are many veterans out there who need treatment, but have previously refused.  We are not sure how this would work or if it is legal. Will VETERANS like this idea????

Well, I've had it with this Sheriff. Someone just told me that he is mad at Edson for announcing it. He was going to wait and implement it after he gets re-elected. He's not a veteran himself, so he doesn't understand us.

I know a couple who should be locked up for sure. and another who should not have a gun, but the sheriff allows it. go figure. He showed it to me and I reported him with ptsd already. the military is taking their guns away if they claim ptsd. its about time. Our sheriff doesn't give a sh** about us.

This sheriff sooo screwed up the investigation into the little girls death in the VS area. He tries to use violent deaths to advertise for himself on tv. We need to get rid of him.
