It's a big joke, right. To believe that anyone at the Post Offices really cares about the losses the accrue quarter after quarter. Only $1.9 billion from January through March of 2014?
And still the employees, members of the APWA union continue to protest and complain and moan about any changes. Is there something rotten here or what?
