While the Calaveras Sheriff appears to be arresting or "5150'ing" the poor residents who want to go check on their homes, why is this such a mixed up county?
Apparently CHP has Michel Road blocked, but one of the Cal Fire websites says only Upper Michel Road is blocked.
Due to the Calaveras Sheriff Gary Kuntz, head of Office of Emergency Services, inability to coordinate information and assist those who need it, people get understandably irate. How long will this go on??
