September 3, 2015 at 10:30 AM: CHP has been receiving multiple reports of a black cow out on Parrots Ferry Road near Natural Bridges, outside Vallecito.
Be extra careful if headed that way until they can locate the owner. Do not tell the TROLL. He's a trigger happy kook!
