The reputation of Calaveras County around the State, is of dysfunction, corruption, incompetence and bad government.
Supervisors Mills, Clapp and Tofanelli ARE the examples of this. It is not Planning staff! It is the fault of the Supervisors running the County. It is past time for RECALLS!!!

Anywhere you go in Sac, you will hear how corrupt Calaveras county is. It is at the Supervisor level.
