Calaveras County Public Access Television Never Improves

The only part of Public Access Television that should be required is that they show the meetings of the elected officials on Channel 9. Our complaints to Ed Lark go completely unheeded.
We have referred our readers many complaints to Kathy Northington, Chair of the Public Access Club, who assured us she would take care of it when they had a meeting in 2 months, and nothing has improved. In fact, she has not even notified us of what happened at a meeting she held a week ago.
Then Northington told us that WE had to attend the Public Access Club meetings or the complaints are not heard.  Why is it that the Chair of this organization is often on Channel 7, which seems like campaigning for the next election, but they won't clean up their act and show the real actions of elected officials often and completely on channel 9?
The answer is simple. First of all Northington is the County Superintendent of Schools, an elected official herself, and they refuse to film and show their own meetings on channel 9. We've heard why that is, but we won't go into it now.
Mr. Lark, the Public Access Building manager, with the help of his wife, another elected school official who does not film and show their meetings on channel 9,  showed hour after hour of THEIR filmed debates over and over and over again, promoting their political leanings, as usual in our opinion. They also refused to film debates held out in the public during the election, according to one source.
Instead of getting better, every single person we've spoken to says the politics of Public Access in Calaveras County has continually driven the channels for themselves and gone downhill for the public.
