Sierra Sentinel Agrees With MVSdotcommer

In what may seem like a shock to some, the Sierra Sentinel finds it has to agree with Colleen Platt of the mvsdotcommers,  who spoke against the Board of Supervisors limiting Public Comment time. If it goes past 9:30 AM they have to wait til the end of the meeting, late in the afternoon or evening.

The fact is that County staff comes and uses Public Comment time to come and tell the Board of Supervisors a miriad of things, and uses half of the time the public should have. They should be forced to speak at the end of the meetings.
Everyone knows that Tofanelli and Tryon have a hard run-off election coming in November, and Wilensky doesn't like the negative truth about him either, as it affects his annointed one, Chris Wright.
Then there is the issue of Tofanelli allowing his favorites, those who praise him, such as the Mokulumne Hill bunch, at yesterday's meeting go on and on without any limit in time.
This is totally about political campaigning with the three of them, who are terrified that they may not be re-elected. This is one of the reasons why.
