Three Arrested on Railraod Flat Rd.

    On June 26, 2012, the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department conducted a traffic stop on Railraod Flat Road at June Ave, and ended up arresting three people from the Sacramento area.

   Ernest Jose Cuellar, 29, was arrested for Evading a peace officer, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Obstructing a public officer, Destroying or concealing evidence, and Carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.

    Rouchelyn Malave, 29, was arrested for Carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Obstructing a public officer, Possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and Destroying or concealing evidence.

      At the same time, Axial Maisonet Negron, 34, was arrested for Illegal possession of a firearm, Destroying or concealing evidence, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Obstructing a public officer, and Carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.
