I've been watching and listening to the goings on at Murphys Sanitary District for quite some time, and its my opinion that the real problem is one Board member.
I believe that if Pat Davies, the owner of the building MSD rents, would resign that things would improve at the district.
When a Board member has conflicts of interest, whether personal friendships or monetary gain, they should not be allowed to sit in any Board position.
By the way, many of us here in Murphys would like to thank the Sierra Sentinel for making many of the things that have been rumors for some time, public. Thank you.
