Calaveras County Morals Code?

On the agenda for next Tuesday, (our Supervisors take 2 weeks off between meetings while receiving full-time pay), is a proposed rewrite of the Public Peace, Morals and Welfare Code of Calaveras County!
Now everyone knows that if there is a morals code in this county, the elected Board of Supervisors would most likely
be in jail, so what is this all about?
Lets see now, we've had corruption, chaos, friends hired, scandals, near destruction of two departments at the county, lawsuits, Supervisors cutting their time of work in half,  and unbelievable conflicts of interest going on in this past four years.  And Wilensky's clone promises wight more years of the same. OMG!
Not one person we've spoken with could believe the County has a morals clause. So this is to amend the, or create a noise ordinance. Is that a MORAL issue?
We were shocked to see the exemption for gunfire;  as usual, these new laws will be for US to follow, not for them or their supporters!

As one member of the public has stated at a recent meeting after the Board voted to stifle the amount of time the public gets to speak, "They won't be building any statues of you folks!" pointing to the Board of Supervisors.
