Michael Steven Baird, 48, of San Andreas was arrested at Art's Tire for allegedly driving with a suspended license on a local warrant, driving with a suspended license. misdemeamors, and marijuana possession of less than 28.6 grams, an infraction.
Baird was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by a sheriff's deputy and released by the court.
