Michael Edward William Padgett, 28, of Arnold, was arrested by CHP on Hwy 4 east of Murphys for alleged DUI alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, and DUI alcohol .08%, all misdemeanors.
Padgett was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released with a citation.
