Russell Alan Moore was arrested at his home on Hartvickson in Valley Springs for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and for Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia a misdemeanor on Wednesday August 8, 2012.
Moore was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by a Sheriff's Deputy.
