This is Sunshine Week for Transparency and Access to Government

Don't get blinded by the glare!
The California Public Records Act, made it somewhat easier and faster to access government documents (right!) in 1968, unless
you live in Calaveras County, that is.

Sunshine Week is also national week of awareness for the Brown Act and transparency in government in general.

That is, if the dust they blanket themselves in doesn't get into your eyes first.

Sand storm week!! There is two forms of transparency: The Brown Act and the brown act according to government (protectionism for the corrupt).
