We receive many complaints about the Caltrans work on Hwy 4 at Big Trees in Ebbetts Pass. One is a question of 'why can't they do this at night'?
Work continues during the day the week of August 14-18, 2017. Privately, word is that Caltrans workers are terrified of BEARS so won't work at night in Ebbetts Pass!!!
Traffic will be one way throughout the week. In the advisory they suggested people find alternate routes. What alternate routes?
