UPDATE at 8:50 AM: Parrotts Ferry Road is now reopened.August 9, 2017 at 8 AM: A traffic collision has been reported on Parrotts Ferry Road at Moaning Caverns Road in Vallecito.
The roadway is blocked, so be extra cautious. Emergency vehicles, including an ambulance are en
route to the scene.
