Murphys Sanitary District Meets Monday June 11

In a surprise action at the last Murphys Sanitary District Board meeting, the resignation of Cynthia Trade was accepted after some discussion. Was there something to do with a conflict of interest? Their counsel   mentioned conflicts after the resignation.
That was at the MSD special meeting, held May 30 to pick a new Board member from 2 candidates. Without Cynthia Trade present, the vote was tied 2-2 and the Board of Supervisors was asked to pick which of the two should serve.
The MSD meets Monday, June 11 at 6 PM at 90 Big Trees Rd in Murphys for their regular Board meeting with Frederick Kett listed as the only applicant now to be considered for their Board.
We have sent Cindy Nugent, office manager, several questions about the agenda. One was who is it that is on workman's compensation due to possible mold in the ceiling of the office?
Another question was who's cars were in the creek, as mentioned in the board packet?
Anyone interested in MSD is welcome to attend the Monday night's meeting.
