When you look at the list of candidates running for office in District 3, the first thing voters check off is "Are they honorable people, good citizens, honest and hard-working?" or "Are they lazy,
only interested in crazy extremist politics or getting even with those who oppose them?"
One candidate stands out as showing all the elements of lacking integrity, less than honorable and having totally EXTREMIST viewpoints, wanting an easy job, but not caring about the little guys.
Most everyone knows that in our opinion, this candidate is the Oliveras on the ballot, totally supported by the gun-toters who want to keep shooting near homes at Candy Rock in Ebbetts Pass.
Lacking in integrity, he writes and says he's the RESIDENT deputy in Ebbetts Pass, which is NOT TRUE. He does not appear on the PAYROLL of the Sheriff's Department! In fact, has he been disabled for many years? He's not talking!!
Is he a buddy of the current Sheriff, who is so unpopular his own deputies call him out for lying to the voters? Yes, indeed he is. A dishonorable man hooked up with a dishonorable man? Yes!
Does he encourage neighbors to hang multiple signs up against any neighbor who opposes his candidacy? Indeed he does. Is this a sign of disrespect and a violation of election law? Does he care? NO! He lacks any honor, in our opinion.
And where do people allow him to put his funny-looking mug signs up? At bad cops and drug houses and GUN STORES? Yup!
Fortunately, Ebbetts Pass has a history of spotting and throwing out the trash when it appears. This is just another piece of trash, and the Sierra Sentinel is warning voters, in case they do no know. If the last name begins with O, pass it by.

I hear they moved a couple of the signs everyone saw. Then I heard they got in trouble in murphys by putting one up without any permission. They're a bunch of kooks, honorless kooks running that campaign. You hit it right on the head.

This is fine, but WHY has CORRUPT CALLAWAY been given a "pass" for all her lies, mis-deeds, favors to select friends, hand-cuffing of the planning department, interference with justice, pot-shop preferential treatment in Arnold etc. etc. SHE has done considerable DAMAGE to Dist. 3 and wants to continue her reign! NO more Callaway corruption please!

No one can be honorable who allows harassment signs to go up, no one. It's over for the O.
Haven'ty you noticed. The same creep screws up every single campaign he is allowed to get involved with. No one can stand racists. We need to purge the county of them.
Not exactly. The candidate makes the choice of bringking in a lowlife or not. The candidate screws up his own campatign.
You know this all goes back to our incumbent Sheriff who okays the corruption in this county. Once we get a new Sheriff, things will be better. Kuntz and O and Preston are all in this together. All of them have to go.
If Oliveras cared one little bit about any of us he never would have put up 6 signs between a racists property and someone who opposed him and racism. He shot himself in the foot. It was all his choice.
Worse than that, I heard after O was told to remove the harassing signs, that he just laughed. and said No they stay put! He gets exactly what he deserves. Bad news.
What took everyone so long to figure this guy out. I've always known about him.
