In January, an unnamed apparent employee filed a discrimination lawsuit against the office of state Senator Tom Berryhill.
In what appears to be work related, the terms harassment, retaliation and termination are mentioned.
Despite many allegations and evidence of money-laundering, in addition to this lawsuit, no one filed to run against Berryhill for the Senate seat.
