UPDATE at 6:41AM: CHP has cleared the area for traffic.
March 31, 2014: A traffic hazard has been reported at Hwy 4 and Poole Station Rd around 5:30 AM. It isn't yet clear what the hazard is, but use extra caution in that area until CHP clears.
