As of 3:05 PM on July 7, 2017 the Winters Fire in Yolo County is nearly 2000 acres and is only 31% contained.
Mandatory evacuations have been lifted in the two residential neighborhoods of Golden Bear Estates and Positas Road. The cause is still under investigation.
