Needless to say, McmAnus was furious and said he's never seen any such emails. He apparently has a vile temper, as at least one women has previously reported him for abuse. In fact, McmAnus lost his bid for Supervisor himself in part due to this being made public.
We requested, and this morning received a copy of these emails. In one, McmAnus insults the Chair Oliveira, saying he was at a luxury retreat of NACS, so a 2-2 tie was recorded on a zoning change at the July 25, 2017 meeting.
McmAnus goes on to insult Tofanelli, saying he asked Garamendi how he was voting, (it's in Garamendi's district) and then voted with Garamendi, yes to approve the change.
McmAnus also insulted Tofanelli saying that "Gary can change his mind between clock ticks".

emails will also be made public from other supes insulting their colleagues the sheriff and others. Multiple violations and possibilities of recusal. Seems banning pot will enrich several supes FACT
