Calaveras Supervisors meet to AGAIN approve Moose-Gate Bridge

How many times has the Moose-Gate Bridge on Blagen Road been on the Calaveras Supervisors agenda already?  Oliveira just can't seem to get things right! Here you go again, Ollie!!

He knows that he must get the nearly $300,000 approved in order to get re-elected in 2018 though. We have heard he will lose the Loyal Order of the Moose vote if he doesn't, so here it is again on the Supervisors agenda.

Sounds like Olivera needs to ask that Eagle Scout how to get stuff done.

So why isn't SPI -- who uses Blagen road to haul the clearcutting logs all the time-- paying for maintenance of the road and bridge repair. They beat the crap out of county roads all the time since our Supervisors prefer to have us general taxpayers foot the bill - after all SPI is owned by one of the Forbes listed top billionaires! Other counties have county rule on logging and force the timber cos to pay their share!

So much for supervisor training in LA when he got elected. They can take out an SBA disaster loan for the bridge and there are no payments or closing costs for one year. And when payments do come due the FEMA money should have come through to pay off the loan. This is done on every disaster that I worked but who am I, just some Calaveras County peasant that doesn't know much.
