On June 2, 2018 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Nicholas Christopher Kohring (28) of Valley Springs at his residence on Hwy 26.
Kohring was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Kidnapping, Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize, Attempting to Prevent or Dissuade a Witness/Victim, Burglary and Inflicting Corporal Injury to a Spouse or Co-habitant, all felonies.
