UPDATE: Per CHP since this was considered a workplace fatality, OSHA was notified and responded to the location.
According to CHP on December 11, 2017 Paul J. Anderson (50) of Pine Grove parked a 2014 Kenworth big rig on Lower Lake View Road around 1:10 PM in Burson.
While attempting
to load a box from the trailer into his truck, the truck began to roll forward.
Anderson ran alongside of the truck and attempted to regain control. As he attempted to climb into the truck, he fell to the ground and was run over by the truck, sustaining fatal injuries as a result.
Alcohol and or drugs are not believed to be a factor in this incident.
