Over 500 homes destroyed in Ventura County

   As of December 9, 2017 at around 7:50 AM CalFire says that 148,000 acres have burned in the Thomas Fire in Ventura County. It is now 15% contained.

   In addition we learned that 537 structures have been destroyed and 115 damaged.
