A man came to the Calaveras Supervisors meeting on Tuesday August 21, 2018 and had tape across his mouth.
He held up a sign that said "Board Chair was stolen", referring to Tofanelli stealing the Chair position from Jack Garamendi.
He also had a sign that said "Mills = Cox" and another saying "Abate the Clapp". He never spoke a word!
