As of August 31, 2018 the Donnell Fire is 65% contained at 36,335 acres. 135 structures
have been destroyed.
Bull Run Lake has been reopened in the Calaveras Ranger Station area of the Stanislaus, as well as other portions not directly affected by this fire.
Spicer Reservoir is still closed, but the campgrounds are open. Pacific Valley Campground is open but many of the trails are closed.
