On Tuesday August 21, 2018 the Calaveras Supervisors held a Special Meeting to change the rules for residents to follow at their Board meetings.
The trouble started early, at Public Comment, when Chair Tofanelli and Supervisor Oliveira got into a tiff over Marti Crane's comment about night time meetings.
