It seems like it might be time to ban all burning of leaves and debris in Calaveras and Tuolumne counties permanently due to global warming and the horrendous fires in the state.
Will they ban and when will they stop the burning that many are now concerned about here locally?

Some people are too lazy to take debris to a transfer station or the dump. Instead, we get those who let leaves smolder and mess up the clean air. The Board of Supervisors are having study sessions to see about banning fireworks. Banning fireworks seems to work for Amador and Tuolumne County, why not Calaveras?
