All over the state we hear about how humiliating it is to be a resident of a backwards county that does not operate under the same laws others do.
Is it really true that a postal alcoholic with PTSD is allowed to carry a GLOCK, is allowed a hidden carry gun permit?

I've heard about this over several years now it seems. Is this the same mental that gets drunk and late at night writes to websites lies about where he lives and other stuff? I think it is, as I recall. I thought the guy got locked up, no?
