Calaveras Supervisor Clapp doesn't know what they are talking about????

  Perhaps Supervisor Clapp should READ his agenda prior to the Calaveras board meetings. He stopped in the middle of the hearing for cargo containers.

   He said "Chair, I thought this item was to talk about the Town Halls!"  HUH?  The chair told him this item is on Cargo Containers! 

   Supervisor Clapp must have some form of Alzheimers or drinks too much?  Someone ought to take him to a doctor!  He should no longer be a Supervisor and should resign!

  Any Supervisor who does not even know what is on the agenda should resign immediately.
