On August 12, 2018 around 1 PM Angels Camp Police arrested Frances Renee Vanbeekom (38) of Emeryville on Hwy 49 at Red Hill Road.
Vanbeekom was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Altering data to Defraud on Access Card, Getting credit using others ID, Grand Theft and Committing a Felony while out on bail, all felonies.
