UPDATE: Per CHP injuries in the crash are minor.
September 13, 2017 at 7:45 AM: Yet another crash has occurred on Hwy 4 in the Vallecito area. A vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned down an embankment.
Several CHP, fire, ambulance and tow trucks are at the scene. One way traffic is being conducted. Be careful in that area.
