UPDATE: Per CHP injuries in the crash were minor.
September 18, 2017 at 10:15 AM: A head on traffic collision has been reported at Hwy 124 and Hwy 16 in Plymouth.
CHP has arrived at the scene. An ambulance and two tow trucks are responding.
