UPDATE at 4:45 PM: The roadway is now clear.
UPDATE at 3:50PM : Still unable to do one-way traffic control. Attempting to clear one lane. The helicopter is landing on Appaloosa.
UPDATE: Major injuries were sustained in this crash. A helicopter has been ordered to the site. Traffic is backed up. Two tow trucks have been dispatched. More than one motorcycle may have been involved.

September 16, 2017 at 3: 10 PM: A motorcycle and a Jeep have reportedly collided on Hwy 4 near Stallion Way outside Angels Camp.
CHP and an ambulance are responding to the collision. The roadway is blocked, so be cautious if headed that way.
