March 6, 2014: At 6:13 AM it was reported that a tan cow is in the roadway near Hwy 49 and Mountain Ranch Rd in San Andreas.
With the lightning and thunder overnight, many animals became terrified and could have become disoriented. Some areas of Calaveras County even had hail. It is expected to begin clearing by midday.
