According to CHP Lori Talbert (54) of Arnold was traveling westbound on Hwy 4 near Appaloosa
Rd around 5 AM on March 12, 2014 on her way to work while she was fatigued.
Due to her state of being fatigued, she allowed her 2004 Nissan Altima to travel off the south edge of the roadway and it collided with an embankment and barbwire fence.
Ms. Talbert was taken to Mark Twain Hospital with complaints of pain. Her vehicle was towed away from the scene with major front end damage.
