On March 5, 2014 at approximately 9:30 AM Chad James Sutton (31) of Vallecito was arrested by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies for allegedly Inflicting Corporal Injury on a Spouse, a felony.
Sutton was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and was then released on bond.
